Since our humble beginning in 1971, Hinn’s Homes has built a reputation for providing an unwavering commitment to the customer service we proudly give to every person who walks through our doors. Owners Lloyd and Leslie Hinn instilled this when they built their mobile home business on the pillars of honesty, quality, and great customer service. The term “mobile homes” may be dated now, as we move forward in the manufactured home and modular home industry- “customer service” and Hinn’s Homes is still synonymous, and it is what has kept us as the factory-built housing leader in Nebraska to this day.

Today, and for the last 30 years, Terry Hinn holds those values of quality, honesty, and customer service true with every customer who comes to Hinn’s Homes, and has built a team of housing professionals whose sole focus is the customer’s satisfaction. From my first phone conversation with Bob, I could tell that they valued people and customer satisfaction. Meeting with them to pick the home and set it up with multiple option offerings was a joy. From building to shipping, to placing it on its foundation to finalizing it for occupancy, Bob and Justin used their many years of experience to make it go smoothly. They coordinated finding professional subcontractors in the area, handled a few minor issues and coordinated with the factory to make everything right. I had almost given up on ordering a mobile home. We made a trip to Cheyenne Wyoming to a Clayton dealer. We were hoping that they were different from Colorado mobile home dealers but they were the same. They set you in their office for an hour then let you look at their cheap made homes with hardly any upgrade choices. Then they rape you on installing. $10000 Just for setting not including skirting or ac. This is for a single wide. I frustration we headed east on I-80 towards Kimbell. We did an internet search. Found Hinns Homes in Scottsbluff. Called cause we were not going to make it. It was a Saturday. Talked to Bob. He said he would wait for us. The first thing we did after using their very clean bathroom was to go out and look at all their homes. We then went in. Got prices, had nice visit. No pressure. We were not quite ready to order. We made at least 2 more trips up there over 4 months just to visit and Bob or Justin would call not to pressure us but to just keep in touch. We finally decided on a 16x80 Sweet Caroline made by Schult in Minnesota. It is a Clayton home but not made in a Clayton factory. 2x6 sides, great appliances. Drywall on walls, 8 foot ceilings. We set down with Bob and went through the whole home. Had door flipped. They had to redraw home. Home was delivered in 6 weeks after ordering. Bob and Justin kept us in the loop at all times. Have dealt with any problems like they actually care about their businesses reputation. Clayton dealers are used car dealers that dont care. I would highly recommend Bob and Justin at Hinns Homes in Scottsbluff. They are like old time dealers from 30 years ago.
